She started her carrier in recruitment and consulting, cooperating with international banks. Nataliya worked for a number of recruitment agencies in London, where she held different roles.

Julia has graduated from the university with Master's degree. She worked with clients all over the world, concerning negotiation and building business relationships in order to gain a better understanding of recruitment needs and requirements. Julia provides a vital link between clients and candidates, matching them to permanent, temporary or contractual positions within banking and financial sectors at Just4banks Consultancy now.
After graduating from the university with Master's degree, Viktoria was responsible for networking with a number of big clients in Europe. Her current role includes: sales, communication, business development, identifying and approaching suitable candidates for banks worldwide. She screens and shortlists candidates, interviews and finally matches them to clients, using candidate databases to find the right person for the vacancy.
Chris has graduated from the university with Master's degree in IT and networking. He was working towards smooth running of computer systems. As an IT administrator at Just4banks Consultancy, he is responsible for monitoring and maintaining company's IT network, servers and security systems. Chris has got good knowledge of IT operating systems. He diagnoses and solves technical issues and provides support to Just4banks team.
